What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no sign-up fee and no monthly fee. You are charged for a product only when a customer has bought it from you, and you keep the difference between your retail price and our production price.
Do I need my own 3D files?
It helps, but no. Upload STL, OBJ or 3MF files if you have them. If you do not, our design team can model a piece from sketches or photos, or 3D scan a physical original for you.
Who does my customer think made it?
You. Packaging is white-label by default and can be printed with your branding, so nothing in the parcel points back to us.
How long does an order take?
Production time depends on the material — resin prints move faster than cast metals, which need moulding, casting and finishing. Estimated production and shipping times are shown per material before you publish a product.
Can I try the quality first?
Yes, and we recommend it. Order samples of your own files in any material before you list them for sale.
